5. Advertising

The App displays banner and app-open advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by third parties; we do not endorse advertisers or guarantee the accuracy of ad content.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the App's operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to the App

We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features of the App, or terminate the App entirely, without prior notice.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our place of business, as the court of first instance.
